The Bureau of Workers' Compensation Semi-Annual Injury Report Form is mailed to you twice per year from the Springfield/Clark County Safety Council. The report is due January/July 15th of each year. Timely submission of the Semi-Annual Safety Report is a key for annual BWC safety recognition and our financial support.
