How does Care24 Work?
Simply call Care24's toll free number and ask to speak with a nurse or counselor. If your situation involves both health and personal issues, a nurse and counselor will work as a team to assist you. In addition, if you are experiencing a complex issue, our counselors may refer you for up to three face-to-face counseling sessions.

Is My Call Confidential?
Your privacy is important to us. Your call to Care24 is confidential to the limits of the law. We won't let your employer or anyone else know you called. However, if we believe there is a serious threat of harm to you or someone else, the law may require we report the situation. When you call Care24, you can ask about the privacy of your call before discussing your personal concerns.
When Can I Call A Counselor or Nurse?
You can call Care24 for assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We're always available and ready to assist with any questions or concern.
