As you learn more about Greater Springfield, you will find a wide variety of outstanding educational institutions within our community. From public to private schools, to a variety of colleges and universities, there is a quality educational option close by to fit every individual need and goal.
 

Clark County Schools

Clark County consists of the Springfield City Schools District and six districts that make up Clark County schools but operate independently. In addition, there are two private high schools ­ Catholic Central High School and Emmanuel Christian High School . Springfield City Schools have opened all new elementary and middle schools and a new combined high school is scheduled to open in 2008. The Springfield-Clark County Joint Vocational Schools serves both city and county public school districts. There also are a number of charter schools to provide additional educational options.
